So this weekend was crazy, I’m so glad I was off work or it would have just been worse. There was a birthday party Saturday and Easter was Sunday, so lots of kids on the farm. Had a small disappointment Saturday, but I understand the reasoning behind it.

Then Monday morning I get a phone call at 5:45AM asking if I could go in and open the store, and ofcourse me being the nice guy I am I said yes. Worked till about 10:30AM and went home and back to bed. The same person that called to wake me up and work called around 2:30PM to see how I was doing and to chat. I’ll let that slide but the next time she calls and wakes me up I’m gonna tell her that’s gonna have to stop, and I’d rather her just roll over and nudge me instead of call me

So she drops the bomb on me that she might be leaving Subway, which really sucks cause she’s one of the reasons I started working there. We’ve been friends for a long time, and it’s always nice working with people you like. On the up side of that, if she leaves the manager position will be open and I don’t think anyone else at that store is able to take it. So I’m sure I’d get to move up. Well anyways I’m gonna go find something to get into, gotta run to work and check on my schedule and the store, and the post office. Until next time

Rite Aid

So for those of you interested in the whole story as to why I’m no longer with Rite Aid and working at Subway, here it is. We had a customer that was a coupon cutter, the kinda person that would come up with 10+ transactions and have a coupon or 4 for every item. The district manager, when I was hired, told us to just take her coupons cause he was tired of her calling and complaining. Well our district manager changed and nothing was ever said about it. I was off by 1.99 on coupons one night and the next day I was told I was suspended pending termination for misuse of coupons. Well once I went back they said that it would be 6 months before I’d actually become the Shift Supervisor I was hired as and that i’d only be getting 15ish hours a week. So I told them to kiss my ass and left. Now with a week I’ve started at Subway so it’s all good.

I’m back

Ok so I had my site down for a while, just didn’t really feel the need to have it. All of that changed, now I want it again so I’m back. I think what kinda fueled this was the issues I’ve been having with uploading photos to facebook. So I brought my site back so I can have my full photo album without facebook controling it. I’ll try to post some of the better pictures to facebook for everyone to see, but the majority of them will be hosted here. I’m working on setting this thing up to work together with my facebook account so everyone gets to see all the stuff I decide to talk about. So if it’s kinda messed up and cluttered, just give me time and I’ll work all the bugs out.. well back to work on the site.. later peeps
